SPA Courses
Courses include the SPA instructor-led two-day course, Sponsored Projects Overview (online), Effort Certification, Effort Certification for PI/Faculty, Electronic Grants Management System (EGMS) Division Administration, and EGMS Proposal Preparation.
Requesting Access to EGMS
Special approval is required to access the EGMS Forms database. Contact your EGMS division administrator or the EGMS Helpline at 612-624-1600 for assistance.
No approval is required to access the following databases: Expertise, Other Support, and Proposal Preparation. To use these databases:
- Click on the appropriate EGMS Database and sign-in with your X.500 ID and password.
- You will be prompted to submit your user information for their database and directed from there.
- Contact the EGMS Helpline at 612-624-1600 for assistance
