HRMS Inquiry

This course provides a hands-on overview of the codes and navigation of Appointment Inquiry. Particular emphasis is on viewing job-related information.

Completion of this course makes the participant eligible for Appointment Inquiry, Leave Inquiry, Encumbrance Inquiry, and Historical Salary Adjustment Inquiry access.

HRMS Entry

This course provides hands-on instruction for entering and updating personnel appointments in HRMS. Participants will understand how to view appointment information in the system in addition to entering and updating appointments. Particular emphasis is placed on the codes used by the system and the hiring process for each employee group. Participants will explore the life cycle of an employee and review Pay Entry, Historical Salary Adjustments, and Leave Entry.

Completion of this course makes the participant eligible for the following HRMS access: Appointment Entry, Labor Distribution Correction, Encumbrance Entry/Update, Work Study, Pay Entry, Leave Entry, and Historical Salary Adjustment Entry.

Prerequisite: HRMS Inquiry.

  • Wednesday-Thursday, October 21-22, 8:30-3:30

Pay/Leave/HSA Entry

This course provides hands-on instruction to employees entering time sheets, special payments, vacation time, sick time, compensatory time, or historical salary adjustments. Participants will understand what can be entered into the system, when it can be entered, and related policies.

Completion of this course makes the participant eligible for the following HRMS access: Pay Entry, Leave Entry, Historical Salary Adjustment Entry.
