About Training Services
Mission
Through a wide variety of dynamic and innovative workshops, Training Services offers University employees essential tools to manage their job expectations or gain professional development. Training Services supports the goals of the University and offers the expertise that departments or collegiate units demand to assure compliance with internal and external requirements.
Parking and Other Information
Many Training Services courses are held in the West Bank Office Building (WBOB). This location is not accessible from University bus routes.
Service Philosophy
Our service philosophy begins with a smile and a friendly approach to customer service, which involves informal conversation with University employees, clients, and internal staff while maintaining a formal professionalism. As the University’s gateway to financial, human resource, and SPA training, it is vital for Training Services to deliver responsive, knowledgeable, and professional service to the University community. Training Services is attentive to the customer’s needs, communicating accurate information, being flexible, and knowing and providing the bigger picture of the training we offer.
Using "smile" as an approach to service, the service philosophy follows the behaviors found in LAUGH:
