The Intro to Situational Leadership II course offers a proven method for effectively managing and developing people, time, and resources. It's designed to increase the frequency and quality of conversations between managers and staff so that competence is developed, commitment is gained, and talented individuals are retained.
Leadership Insights: Essentials is the University's introductory course for new leaders of non-student employees. It has replaced Foundations of Leadership and Keys to Supervision training courses.
