Student Administration
The Office of the Registrar provides training in the use of the PeopleSoft system to manage student records. All users are required to take an introductory course—Student Data Inquiry—to acquaint them with the navigation in PeopleSoft, as well as provide an overview of the following Student Administration areas:

• Admissions
• Office of the Registrar (student records)
• Financial Aid
• Student Financials

First call for help related to the University's financial data including individual phone consultations on the use of the CUFS system and reconciliation of monthly reports, Financial FormsNirvana, Financial Reports on the Web, JD Edwards accounts receivable system, and query building in the DWFS (Financial System Data Warehouse).
