Best of all, they're available when you are - attend a live class, watch online via UM Connect, or view a video of a session when it's convenient for you. You can choose to take one course, or all the courses in a series. There's no cost for University employees. Videos will be available shortly after the live session.

This five-session learning program will provide information on a variety of topics to help us understand the impact of change on our lives, as well as tools and techniques to build the resilience that will help us better face it.
