Legal Job Family

The University of Minnesota has completed a comprehensive classification and compensation study of the Legal job family. The study included Legal professionals within the Civil Service and P&A employee groups, and engaged employees and subject matter experts from the Office of Human Resources and across the University’s campuses, colleges, and units.
