As part of President Kaler’s emphasis on Operational Excellence, the Office of Human Resources (OHR) is expediting the completion of the University’s Job Classification System Redesign. This initiative will re-examine all Civil Service and P&A jobs at the University, by job family, to ensure appropriate and consistent classifications, titles, and compensation. This has been an ongoing priority for the University, and to date, four of 18 job families are completed or are near completion. With help from a third-party consultant, the University is committed to completing the remaining studies in 18 to 24 months.
