Human Resources Job Family
The University of Minnesota has completed a comprehensive classification and compensation study of the Human Resources (HR) job family. The study included HR professionals within the Civil Service and P&A employee groups, and engaged HR employees from the Office of Human Resources and across the University’s campuses, colleges, and units.
