Alumni Relations Job Family Project

Overview

The Compensation Department in the Office of Human Resources completed a comprehensive classification and compensation study of the Alumni Relations job family.

This job family includes Alumni Relations professionals, supervisors, and managers within the Civil Service and P&A employee groups. The Alumni Relations Job Family Project Team, composed of employees within the University of Minnesota Alumni Association as well as collegiate and campus alumni relations directors, described the work within the job family.
