Developing Strong TA/Supervisor Relationships

The purpose of the site is to showcase ideas for and prompt discussion of practices that spur on the development of strong teaching relationships between TAs and supervisors. "TA supervisor" is defined as directors of courses linked to recitation/lab/discussion sections, teachers who work with a few TAs in the smaller courses, graduate students whose assignments as "lead TA" include implementing professional development activities involving graduate student peers, and academic professionals whose departmental roles include assigning TAs to courses and setting up TA professional development programming.
