This collection of resources draws on materials developed by Center for Teaching
and Learning staff members, by the Center's Multicultural Teaching and Learning
Fellows, and by the College of Education Committee on Diversity. CTL offers
this as a dynamic resource, and welcomes hearing about new resources. Please

- Resources for Multicultural Teaching and Learning includes (a) an electronic
pathfinder offering resources on foundational readings, on multicultural
course design, on building assignments, on student development, and on using
web resources for searching out additional multicultural teaching and learning
resources and (b) a link to the yearly teaching follows' grant funding program.
- Stand with Us – Faculty Classroom Resources (and its companion link
Campus and Classroom Climate for GLBT Students) offers links to select resources
that faculty can consult as part of addressing GLTB issues that arise in classroom
discussions and as part of faculty efforts to maintain a classroom climate
that is safe for all students.
- The series of links including Suggested Responses to Negative Discrimination,
to Cultural/Ethnic Disparity in Discrimination, and to Mentoring tips is offered
by the College of Education.
- A new series on Issues and Insights Papers , each of which explores a topic
related to multicultural teaching and learning and incorporates resources
along with discussion of teaching strategies.
