I serve as the Director of the Center with overall responsibility to coordinate the current array of services that support the University's goal for excellence in teaching. I have served as a faculty member at three different universities since 1985 and held the position of Director of the CTL at Indiana State University from 2002-2005. My doctorate is focused on teacher education within the discipline of kinesiology, and my professional interests center on faculty development models, assessment of student learning, the scholarship of teaching and learning, and professional development across the career span.
