Bring Your Lunch and Get Ready to Learn.

Supervisory Learn at Lunch programs provide an opportunity for supervisors to learn about important topics in an informal bag lunch setting. Many of the programs offered are shorter versions of Supervisory Lab classes. Discussion with other supervisors during class is emphasized, so come prepared to discuss real-life situations.

Giving Feedback

With performance appraisals coming up, many supervisors are thinking about how to effectively deliver both positive and negative feedback. This is one of a supervisor's most important tasks. It's often also one of the most difficult. This session provides methods for dealing with both feedback in order to encourage success for individuals and the workplace.
