The list contains properties that will be available in the future and properties that are only available for a fixed period each year (e.g., December through March). If you're looking at the list today, but won't be coming to the University for another year, consider those properties available now that offer a year lease. They'll be available next year at this same time.

The property owners/managers are not necessarily affiliated with the University of Minnesota and these properties have not been inspected by the RAP staff. The RAP staff strives to keep the listings current; however, at times a property will have been rented and our office not informed.

The property descriptions do not follow a prescribed format and contain only the information provided by the property owner/manager. For privacy/safety reasons, some landlords will not list the exact address of a property or their full names.
