Description and Comments: Prefer a yearlong rental, but willing to negotiate. Townhouse is 1/2 block from Larpenteur – the renter can catch a bus to either downtown St.Paul or downtown Minneapolis. It is about 10 minute walk to the center of the St.Paul campus, where renter can catch inter-campus bus. Two story townhouse - second townhouse from the entrance to Maple Court (just next to Falcon Heights center - which is on Larpenteur. First story has a double bed - desk, TV etc, connects to a "more than full bathroom" - contains both shower stall and full tub - cabinet with bright lighting and large mirror over basin.
