Daniel Muñoz-Hutchinson shares about the job search process in relocating with his partner to Minnesota from Philadelphia. She had accepted a position at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, and Daniel successfully accessed the UMW HERC website to find a faculty positions at St. Cloud State University and eventually St. Olaf College in Northfield, MN.

Iwalani Else spent 17 years working in academia in Hawaii before deciding to relocate to Minnesota. Her husband is originally from this area, and they moved here to be closer to family. Through the UMW HERC, she found and accepted a position at the College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, MN. She shares her thoughts on what this transition has meant to her and her family.
