The Pulse Survey is a biannual employee satisfaction survey commissioned by the University's central administration and conducted in partnership with the Human Resources Research Institute in the Carlson School of Management. The survey asks a variety of questions about our employees' job experiences and attitudes related to their jobs, departments, and the University.
