The Professional Development program supports the University's commitment to developing exceptional staff by helping people at all levels of the organization enhance their personal capabilities and work skills.
Professional Development courses are offered during the workday and are free except for assessments related to a few of the workshops. Most courses are held on the second floor of the Donhowe Building on the East Bank campus. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
This online session was created to support you in bringing the StrengthsQuest tool into your department or group. This course will provide the tools and resources to support you in leading a 90-minute session with your group on strengths.
Conflict fluency is the ability to interact and engage with conflict in intentional and effective ways. In this two-part workshop, we will explore different models and approaches to conflict and the ways in which it can be a source of creativity and growth
