We are redesigning our Professional Development programs to align more directly with the University's strategic plan and so are suspending most workshops currently scheduled for 2014. Go to courses to see what workshops are currently being offered.
This online session was created to support you in bringing the StrengthsQuest tool into your department or group. This course will provide the tools and resources to support you in leading a 90-minute session with your group on strengths.
Conflict fluency is the ability to interact and engage with conflict in intentional and effective ways. In this two-part workshop, we will explore different models and approaches to conflict and the ways in which it can be a source of creativity and growth.
