The content of this page applies to UEA employees on the University of Minnesota, Duluth campus.

910.100 Student Information.

The Employer shall not compel a Member to give information regarding students that violates the Employer's policy regarding confidentiality of such student information.

910.200 Privacy.

Discussions involving the Employer which concern a Member's performance on the job shall be held in private. This Section shall not prevent the holding of meetings concerning job performance which are customary or which are provided by this Agreement.
