1300.000 No Strike-No Lock Out

The content of this page applies to UEA employees on the University of Minnesota, Duluth campus.


1300.100 Lock Outs.

No lock out of Members shall be instituted by the Employer during the term of this Agreement.

1300.200 Strikes (UMD).

During the term of this Agreement no strike of any kind, as defined in Minnesota Statutes 179.63, Subdivision 12, shall be engaged in, sanctioned or supported by the Association, its officers or agents. In the event the Employer alleges that any Member or Members are engaged in a strike, the Association shall, upon written notification, immediately notify such Member or Members in writing of the allegation and the implications of a strike.
