1200.000 Professional Consulting, Service Activities, and Other Outside Activiti

The content of this page applies to UEA employees on the University of Minnesota, Duluth campus.

1200.100 Members' Obligation.

Members shall follow the Employer's policy on Professional Consulting, Service Activities and Other Outside Activities as presently in effect and as amended by the Employer from time to time, except to the extent that provisions of this Agreement modify the application of or supersede this policy.

1200.200 Notification.

The Employer, in accordance with Section 802.000, shall notify the Association of any intended amendment of the Employer's policy.
