100.000 Recognition and Rights of Association

101.100 Association Rights (UMD).

Pursuant to PELRA, the Employer recognizes the Association as the exclusive representative of the Members. The Employer shall not meet and negotiate or meet and confer with any employee or any group of employees who are at the time designated as Members, except through the Association.

101.300 Recognition of Association.

The Employer shall not aid, promote, or finance any group or organization which seeks to engage in collective bargaining on behalf of the Members covered by this Agreement.
