MOU - Merit Criteria Labor Management Committee

The content of this page applies to UEA employees on the University of Minnesota, Crookston campus.

A labor management committee will be established with three representatives selected by the UEA, Crookston and three representatives selected by Crookston Administration.

The purpose of the Committee is to develop recommendations regarding process and procedures that align merit pay criteria with:

• The University’s mission of teaching, research, and outreach
• Each department’s 7.12 statement (Promotion and Tenure)
• UMC’s strategic goals and objectives

This Committee will submit their recommendations to UMC Management and UEA by April 15, 2008.
