MOU - Distance Education Labor/Management Committee

The content of this page applies to UEA employees on the University of Minnesota, Crookston campus.

A labor management committee will be established with three representatives selected by the UEA, Crookston and three representatives selected by Crookston Administration.

The purpose of the Committee is to consider the following topics and provide a set of recommendations within the scope of University policy to UMC management and UEA on the following topics:

• Intellectual Property
• Course development and delivery
• Alternative methods of compensation
• Notification of appointment and assignment to faculty member and UEA

This Committee will submit their recommendations no later than April 15, 2008.
