The content of this page applies to UEA employees on the University of Minnesota, Crookston campus.
The Chancellor and Principal Administrators or their designees, acting as agents of the Employer, shall follow past practices; they may change past practices, and establish unit work rules provided that such past practices, new practices, or unit work rules do not violate this agreement.
The Association shall be given reasonable notice and the right to meet and confer on new practices or the establishment of unit work rules prior to their being put into effect.
Members shall not be held accountable for such rules and regulations until distribution to the Members has been made.
