1300.000 No Strike-No Lock Out

The content of this page applies to UEA employees on the University of Minnesota, Crookston campus.

1300.100 Lock Outs.

No lock out of Members shall be instituted by the Employer during the term of this Agreement.

1300.300 Strikes (UMC).

During the term of this Agreement no strike of any kind, as defined in Minnesota Statutes 179.A Minnesota Public Employment Labor Relations Act, shall be engaged in, sanctioned or supported by the Association, its officers or agents.
