100.000 Recognition and Rights of Association

The content of this page applies to UEA employees on the University of Minnesota, Crookston campus.

101.200 Association Rights (UMC).

Pursuant to PELRA, the employer recognizes the Association as the exclusive representative of the members.

101.300 Recognition of Association.

The Employer shall not aid, promote, or finance any group or organization which seeks to engage in collective bargaining on behalf of the Members covered by this Agreement.
