MOU Vacation Cash Out Option for 3937

For the life of this Agreement, AFSCME Unit 7 employees who are represented by Local 3937 may request cash out of up to 40 hours of accumulated vacation time each fiscal year. Denial of a request will not be grounds for a grievance.
