MOU Respectful Workplace

The University and AFSCME agree to meet and confer beginning no later than March 31, 2012 and to be completed no later than June 30, 2013 for the express purpose of discussing the differences that exist between current Contract language in Article 4, Discrimination Prohibition and Board of Regents Code of Conduct, specifically addressing those forms of hostile, intimidating, threatening, humiliating or violent behavior, which are not necessarily illegal discrimination.
