MOU Medical Assistant & Licensed Practical Nurse Classifications

Representatives of AFSCME Local 3260, Council 5 and the University will meet, no later than the beginning of the second year of the Contract, to review these classifications. Issues to be discussed will include, but not be limited to:

  • Historic and current use of the classifications
  • Should the classes be merged
  • Pay rates
