This plan applies to the following classes in University Bindery:
A payment of $0 to $1000 shall be made to each employee who is in the bargaining unit as of July 1, 2007. Employees with less than one full year of service will receive a pro-rated payment based on the number of completed calendar months in the year being measured. Payment will be made in September 2007, in accordance with the margin and payment amounts described below:
