Article 38 Term of Agreement

This agreement shall be effective as of the 4th day of December, 2007, except for those specific provisions requiring retroactivity, and shall remain in full force and effect until the 7th day of June, 2009. It shall be automatically renewed from year to year thereafter unless either party shall notify the other in writing ninety (90) days prior to the termination date that it desires to modify this agreement. In witness whereof, the parties have signed this 4th day of December, 2007.
