Article 36 Duration

This Agreement shall be effective as of April 16th, 2008, except for those parts specifying earlier dates, and shall remain in full force and effect until the thirty-first day of December, 2009. It shall be automatically renewed from year to year thereafter unless either party shall notify the other, in writing, ninety (90) days prior to the termination date that it desires to modify this Agreement.
