Article 20 Reinstatement
A former employee who is re-employed in his/her old class within one year may, at the discretion of the Employer, have any or all of the following items reinstated:
- Salary
- Accrued Sick Leave
- Seniority Credit
- Non-probationary status
- Vacation accumulation rate
