XXI. Duration of Agreement

This Agreement shall be effective as of July 1, 2007, and shall remain in full force and effect through June 7, 2009. It shall be automatically renewed from year to year thereafter unless either party shall notify the other in writing ninety (90) days prior to the termination date that it desires to modify the Agreement. In witness whereof, the parties hereto have set their hands this 6th day of December, 2007.
