The Organizational Development Consulting group in the Office of Human Resources offers a broad range of services to support University leaders, colleges and units, and individuals in their efforts to address the University's mission and goals. We do this in collaboration with our colleagues in OHR, the colleges and central units, and other groups tasked with supporting change efforts at the University, as well as with external resources as needed.
The first step in engaging the services of our group is to meet with an OD consultant to discuss the goals you wish to meet. This consultant will discuss your issues and help you identify a set of potential solutions that might be helpful. An assessment of those issues, which can be done using a variety of tools, might be the starting point for addressing them. This will drive a recommendation of next steps for action and the initiating connections with the appropriate internal or external resources.
Consultants are available to assist in identifying issues that need to be addressed before and during change efforts.
