The Organizational Development Consulting group in the Office of Human Resources offers a broad range of services to support University leaders, colleges and units, and individuals in their efforts to address the University's mission and goals. We do this in collaboration with our colleagues in OHR, the colleges and central units, and other groups tasked with supporting change efforts at the University, as well as with external resources as needed.
Our four-step organizational development process helps ensure customer expectations are met.

On July 1, 2014, phone numbers for Leadership and Talent Development and Training Services changed to 4-UOHR (612-624-8647) to continue simplifying how employees get information.
