Enrolling in your health benefit program can be done in four steps:
- Determine benefits eligibility for you and your dependents.
- Determine when coverage begins.
- Review all the options for your benefits program listed in the Guide for UPlan Benefits Enrollment (pdf), or contact the Human Resources representative in your department for the booklet.

Elect your coverage level and plans:

Basic Benefits
- Medical
- Dental
- Basic Life insurance (if your appointment is 75-100%, you are automatically enrolled. If your appointment is 50-74%, you have the option to purchase this coverage at full cost.)
