Successful Manager's Leadership Program
The Office of Human Resources and College of Continuing Education are partnering with PDI Ninth House to offer the Successful Manager's Leadership Program.
The Successful Managers Leadership Program (SMLP) focuses on what it takes to be a successful and effective manager in today’s organizations. Participants come from a variety of positions, industries, and institutions including the University of Minnesota. It is perfect for experienced managers and/or emerging leaders who are looking to develop leadership skills to do their jobs better.
Through lectures, exercises, case studies, and peer feedback, the Successful Manager's Leadership Program is an intensive, five-day program that assists managers in developing new strategies and action plans for accomplishing goals.

- May 6, 7 and June 10, 11, & 12, 2014: 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
$1,750 - Fall 2013

The cost includes 5 days of instruction, 360° assessment, Successful Manager's Handbook, computer-based worksheets, luncheons, and refreshment breaks. The cost of the program to attendees from outside the U of M is $3,250, but University employees will only be charged the rate quoted above.

Late registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Registrations that are canceled within 21 work days are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Registrants who fail to attend or who cancel within 10 work days of the start of the program are responsible for the entire fee.
