Participants come from a variety of positions, industries, and institutions including the University of Minnesota. It is perfect for experienced managers and/or emerging leaders who are looking to develop leadership skills to do their jobs better.

Through lectures, exercises, case studies, and peer feedback, the Successful Manager's Leadership Program is an intensive, five-day program that assists managers in developing new strategies and action plans for accomplishing goals.
