The Office of Human Resources and College of Continuing Education are partnering with Personnel Decisions International to offer the Successful Manager's Leadership Program. This program is designed to provide leadership development within the context of the University culture and community. It focuses on best leadership practices of University peer managers.

Program Overview

Through lectures, exercises, case studies, and peer feedback, the Successful Manager's Leadership Program is an intensive, five-day program that assists managers in developing new strategies and action plans for accomplishing goals. Attendees also receive individualized feedback from a 360° multi-rater assessment (PROFILOR®).

Program Cost

$1,750

The cost includes 5 days of instruction, 360° assessment, Successful Manager's Handbook, computer-based worksheets, luncheons, and refreshment breaks.

Registration Information

Go to the CCE Registration Web Site and enter the Event ID number.

You must be a U of M employee and register from a U of M account to receive the discount rate.

Late registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Registrations that are canceled within 21 work days are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Registrants who fail to attend or who cancel within 10 work days of the start of the program are responsible for the entire fee.
