HRMS - Search/Match Changes

HRMS ACES,

We are all aware of the need to maintain confidential information
securely, and because of this the Campus Community group has implemented a change on the search/match results page. The following changes are viewable today.

To protect confidential information, the results of search/match will
now:
. Partial mask SS# - only the final 4 characters are viewable
. Partial masking of Birth date - Month and data will be viewable, year is NOT.

In addition three enhancements have been added:
.  Middle name will now be included in the results
. The link to the relationship page has been changed to a display -
the term employee will display on the search/match results if the  individual is (or has been) an employee
. Campus ID has been removed to make room for the Relationship to
  appear

Please note that currently these changes only affect the search/match
results.
