HRMS - FY13 Salary Increases for Bargaining Units

This communication contains important information regarding FY13 increases for AFSCME Clerical, Technical, Health Care and Teamsters.
Excerpt from May 12, 2012 HRMS communication: Bargaining Unit Increases are effective July 1 and will be entered centrally by HRMS. The anticipated entry date into HRMS is June 15th with EDMS reports being available the following Monday. Units will have until July 18th to make any necessary adjustments (Note: For the small number of people working Sunday, July 1st units have until July 5th to make necessary adjustments.) Increases will appear on the July 25th check for Bargaining Unit staff (July 11th for the minority that work Sunday the 1st).
FY13 Across-The-Board Increase Summary: AFSCME Technical 2.5% increase
AFSCME Clerical 1% increase
AFSCME Health Care 2.5% increase
Teamster 1.25% increase

Reminders: Civil Service and Academic increases are effective June 18th. All Academic and Civil Service merit increases are the responsibility of the units. Across-the-Board Civil Service increases will be entered centrally by HRMS on June 15th and EDMS reports will be available that following Monday. Units will have until THURSDAY, JULY 5th to make any needed adjustments and enter merit increases. Increases will appear in the July 11th pay check.
