As part of the normal year-end process, Payroll ran an abbreviated
year-end, off-cycle payroll to make year-end adjustments and check
adjustments or reversals that affect employee's 2004 year-to-date
amounts. You may remember this same process from last year.

The 2004 year-end processing reports are now in EDMS with the date
02/01/2005. They contain information from this special off-cycle
payroll run and have a pay period end date of December 25, 2004. (You
need to disregard the pay date on the area-org report as it is a system
generated date.)

The EDMS Reports are:
UMPYR047 Department Area/Org Report (02/01/2005, 07:29:35 AM)
UMPYR050 Department Abstract Report (02/01/2005, 07:30:50 AM)


NOTE: Remember that no abstract will appear for your area if there were
no employees who had year-end adjustments.


FRINGE

Also, as part of the running of the calendar year end off-cycle
payroll, we
have produced new instances of the following EDMS Fringe Reports for
December:

UMPYR033A Fringe Department Summary
UMPYR033B Fringe Departmental Detail

The original December reports had been dated January 1, 2005 and were
removed today, the new reports for December are dated February 1, 2005
and are now in place. These new reports for December DO include the
fringe charges from the year end off-cycle payroll.

NOTE: The January Fringe Reports are also dated February 1, 2005 so
follow the date and time stamp directions below.
