A total of 4,392 surveys were sent out to faculty and 1,522 completed surveys were received for a response rate of 35%.
The results of the descriptive analysis reveal that a majority of the sample was male (54%) and white (80%). About 74% of the faculty respondents were tenured and 34% of those are full professors.
