2012 Pulse Survey

Thank you to the more than 7,500 employees who took the 2012 Pulse Survey. System-wide survey results are now available for campuses, colleges, and administrative units, and can be accessed from the links below. A confidential link to each unit’s individual report has been emailed to the unit’s dean/VP and HR Lead.

While the Pulse Survey has been effective in tracking employee satisfaction historically, a more focused survey tool is needed to effectively measure employee engagement. As a result, 2012 will be the last administration of the Pulse Survey. Watch for updates on employee engagement plans and the new survey tool.
