Individual Consultations for Employees

Employee Career Services career consultants are available to meet with you on an individual basis. This is a free and confidential service. Individual career consulting offers you a personalized, more in-depth approach to career development. Contact Employee Career Services if you are facing any of the following situations:

  • you don't know where to start your career development or you feel "stuck" in your career;
  • your career situation is especially complicated or unique;
  • you want to discuss specific career plans or ideas with a career professional; or
  • you are interested in doing a career assessment and developing strategies for future growth.

Employee Career Services also offers several assessment tools at a nominal fee. These assessments are designed to enhance your understanding of your personality type, values, and interests.
