Options for 2010
For Open Enrollment for 2010, you may:
Your current medical and dental plans will stay the same for the 2010 plan year, unless you choose a different plan. Since Open Enrollment is also the time that you can add or drop dependents from your plan, you will need to go online to make any changes to your dependent coverage.

You can choose a different medical plan. You can add eligible dependents to your medical coverage. You also have the choice to add or cancel medical coverage. If you are not choosing a different medical plan but want to change your primary care clinic, you can do that directly with the medical plan. It is also a good idea to check with your medical plan each year to confirm that your clinic still participates in your plan option.

Dental plan Web sites:
Two types of FSAs are available—dependent daycare accounts and health care accounts—to pay for related expenses using pre-tax dollars. If you are currently enrolled in either FSA and wish to continue your participation in 2010, you will need to re-enroll during open enrollment.
Flexible Spending Account Information
If you are a civil service or represented staff employee, you can add or increase long-term disability without evidence of good health; however, this amount is subject to pre-existing conditions.
