2009 Medical Plan Rates

Medical Plan Descriptions

The University of Minnesota pays 90 percent of the cost of employee-only coverage and 85 percent of the cost of your family coverage level for the base plan for your geographic zone. The base plan offers the lowest copayments and the lowest rate for family coverage.

  • Work 75% to 100% time, you pay the "Employee" amount per pay period.
  • Work 50% to 74% time, you pay "Total" amount per pay period.
