Vacation Leave

What is vacation leave?

Vacation leave is paid time off of work for personal activities. The amount of vacation time you earn can be affected by several factors. Some of these factors include your employee group, your length of service at the University, and the number of hours you work a year.

You can view how much vacation leave you have and how much you are earning/accruing at Employee Self-Service.

Civil service and union-represented staff can view their vacation balance on their biweekly pay statements or in a vacation/sick leave report. At this time, faculty and P&A employees can view their vacation balance on their biweekly pay statement.
